The DLSAA invites you to watch the TV special, “A Tribute to the Lasallian Alumni”, at 5:00 pm, Sunday, November 5, 2006, on Studio 23. 

The show is an abridged version of the historical musical last October 14 at the Teresa G. Yuchengco Auditorium in celebration of DLSAA’s 90^th anniversary.  It features Lasallian talents including the Silent Steps (DLS CSB deaf dancers), the DLSU Chorale, jazz singer Cooky Chua, pop group Innersoul, tenor Montet Acoymo, pop artist JM Rodriguez, and others. 

The DLSAA threw an afternoon bash last Saturday, October 14 and held its first DLSAA Lasallian Merit Awards honoring graduates who placed in the top ten of government licensure examinations.  After the awards, Msgr. Patricio H. Lim said a thanksgiving Mass which was followed by an early dinner at the Don Enrique T. Yuchengco Hall.  The highlight event was the Tribute produced by Adie Peña, Cesar de Larrazabal, and Tony Atayde.  A commemorative issue of the Alumnews was also distributed to attendees which will soon be available in hardcopy for alumni and as a PDF download from www.dlsaa.com
